We have an omish made pink ceramic booty with the year my daughter was born on it. I love that ornament, it reminds me of the joy I have being able to be a Mom!

I love a beautiful spun glass Christmas tree given to me by a dear friend. It's been broken and repaired since I had kids, so I put it in a safe place now. Love all our special ornaments though!

I have a set of wooden toy ornaments hand painted by my Dad. (Who passed away 5 years ago) The detail is amazing and they will always be very special to my family:)

I have an old elf that I loved as a child. We had two. I always thought of them as one (the red shirt) was my sisters and the other (the white shirt) was mine. I still have the white shirted elf. I always loved to pose them on the tree limbs when I was a kid. The hat needs to be glued on again and I found some that were simalar and bought. I was always hoping my kids would get attached to them too. But, I still love this particular one.

My favorite ornament is a clear plastic ball with a coral silk rose inside of it. It has a small dove on the top of the ball. My sister-in-law made it for me from a rose in my wedding bouquet. I was re-married 5 years ago after my husband of 40 years died from Diabetes. i married a man who had lost his wife of 47 years to the same horrible disease. We spent time together in a Hospice Grief Counseling Class and cried together and prayed together and after sharing so much together regarding our spouces deaths - we decided to make a life together. I have my ornament on display all the time on my china cabinet - not just for Christmas. Our anniversary will be December 3rd and we would love to go to this fabulous Christmas show.
