Things to do in and around Louisville this weekend Sept. 9,10,11th

offering you a great deal through our site!

September is a very busy month of options around Louisville for things to do. And, there is no need to pay a thing!  Here are my picks for FREE things to do this weekend.

Friday & Saturday: Visit the Middletown Family Fun Festival and find me at my booth (pink tent)! There are a ton of free activities, vendors, great food, music and more.  Buy your Louisville Family Fun Pass and I will donate $5 from your purchase to Blessings in a Backpack, the benefactor of the festival.  Say "Howdy" as your code word and get the pass for just $15!  We will also have MANY giveaways to sign up for.

Try out a free demo music class with Heartland Music Together at 9:30 on Saturday.  It's at St. Andrews Episcopal Church.  Reservations required, info@heartlandmusictogether.com

On Saturday, learn about fitness options at the Southern Indiana Fitness Festival at the Jeffersonville Riverstage.

Sunday, attend the first Baby talk workshop at the Louisville Science Center. It's free, but they ask that your RSVP.

Sunday, attend a 9/11 memorial tribute event and honor the lives lost, those that struggle with the memories of that day and those fighting for our freedoms.  There is also an event with the Mayor at the Middletown Family Fun Festival at 11am to remember 9/11 and a flag event at Waterfront Park.

All weekend, try a local YMCA for free during their open house days which end on Sunday.

i have a question. im a little hesitant to ask this but what if we won something, and lost the "proof" of our win. like a paper that was mailed. im sure it sounds awful but we just moved and cant find that envelope anywhere. i wanted to cry when i couldnt find it anywhere. just wondering (praying really) if there was anything that could be done?

Thanks. Robin
