Review of Apassionata at Freedom Hall in Louisville

I feel a video is the best way to review this show. I can describe it with words all I want, but it is best seen!  I do advise you that if you head to this show for the new additional dates on May 11th, 12th or 13th, build in time if your tickets are at will call.  We were given tickets from Apassionata and we waited on line for quite some time to get our tickets.  Mainly, this was due to just a few people having trouble with their tickets, but you never know! Luckily, the show didn't start exactly at 3pm as scheduled because otherwise, we would have missed the first 15 minutes!

The show is about 1.5 hours including a 20 minute intermission.  I think the best seats are around the end end of the arena, but on the corner. I think at that spot, you would see the horses coming out of the curtains but on a corner because I think it would give a cool perspective when the horses are running.

We really enjoyed the show. We shared a small popcorn and a drink to minimize how much we spent with the $8 parking.  The slide show is in order in which things appeared. It was a show for everyone with funny parts that made the kids giggle, to intricate footwork by the horses that parents can appreciate and awe at to amazing stunts that made the crowd roar with cheers and applause.  My daughter is still talking about the "girl in the sparkle white dress with the white horsey"- it was by far her favorite part!  We have relived the show daily since she has insisted on watching this YouTube video that I created over and over again.  It was definitely a unique, memorable show.
