Things to do in and around Louisville - September 14th, 15th, 16th

I have been working on the LouFamFun Passes (on sale for promo price of $15, WOOT!) and 1,000th post (coming soon EEEEK, this is 998!) that I almost forgot to write up my picks for the weekend! Did you like my overuse or exclamation points? Sorry, I like my coffee and it gets me all exclamation-point-happy!!!!!

Here they are:

PhotobucketIt's Gaslight Festival time! This is when people hit the streets in Jefferstown for a big festival for shopping, relax and what the Balloon Glow or check out cool cars at the Car Show.  There's arts and crafts to browse, entertainment and food.  It's what going to a festival is all about.  Here's the website so you can see the entire schedule and locations for events - http://www.jtownchamber.com/gaslightfestival.aspx

If you would like to go for the gold in the Olympic sport of consignment sale shopping, the KidStuff Sale is still going on at the Ramada Plaza. It's open from 10-8pm today and tomorrow so go get those deals.

How about some outdoor fun on the Ohio?  Peace Day at Waterfront Park -  My friends with the Louisville Children's Museum will be there so stop by and say hi to them!  This celebration is from 12-5pm on Sunday.  There's more information on their Facebook page.

There's three picks, of course, there's more to choose from on our calendar!

Have a fabuLOUs weekend,
Stephanie
