Things to do this weekend around Louisville - March 1,2,3

March, March, March ,1..2...3, March, March, March! I feel like I am leading a parade.  Well, I am leading a parade of you into a fabuLOUs family fun weekend.

First, I want to make sure you saw two really cool posts from this week. Easter events and Derby Festival Events.  These are definitely ones to bookmark and reference.

As for this weekend, one of our writers alerted you that the Maple Syrup Festival is happening again this weekend and she loved it.  That is definitely on our picks, check out information here. It's Saturday and Sunday from 9-5pm in Salem, IN.

The Louisville Slugger Museum special exhibit "Big Leagues, Little Bricks" opens on Saturday, March 2nd.  How about taking your LEGO fanatic to see them from a baseball fanatics perspective! Click here for pricing and hours - they are open on Sundays.  While you are downtown, grab a bite to eat and make a day of it!

It's ECO Kids Discovery day at Bernheim - Saturday from 9-5pm while they are open. You can pick up a self-adventure guide at the visitor's center and explore all day or check out the hands-on activities facilitated by one of their volunteer naturalists in the visitor's center from 1-4pm.

These are my picks for your family fun this weekend, as always, there are additional options on our events calendar!
