Review For Goodness Crepes in Louisville, KY

I have been hearing lots of good reviews about one of the newest restaurants in town, so I knew I had to go! It is called For Goodness Crepes and is decorated in a cute, kitschy way with games on every table and funky decorations on the wall.

photo crepe_zps007ae94a.jpg photo crepes_zps1b3f1753.jpgThe restaurant set up is counter style, meaning you walk in, order and have a seat. The menu is long, much longer than I expected for it to be. I was having lunch with one of my good friends so we decided on 2 crepes that we both wanted to try and made plans to share.

Between the two of us we had the spicy cheeseburger crepe and the black bean crepe. The black bean crepe is just what it says a crepe filled with black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños and a sour cream sauce. It was filled to the brim with toppings.

The spicy cheese burger didn’t come quite a full as far as the fillings go. It had finely ground beef, a cheese sauce, banana peppers and onions.

They offer chips for a side but they told me that they are working on coming up with some other options for sides.

The food was good; I didn’t get a chance to try the sweet crepes but they looked awesome!
