Open House at My Gym Louisville: Saturday, September 26th, 1-6pm
Looking for something to do this weekend? Bring your children for a free day of fun at My Gym Louisville. Check out our facility and meet our fabulous staff. We’ll have Zumba®Kids and Art activities, games, music, puppets, prizes, raffles, and more.
My Gym has developed an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children 6 weeks thru 12 years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally.
In Tiny Tykes through Champions, we offer structured, age-appropriate, weekly classes in our gym that incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports and more.
In Power Tumblers, for 6-10 year olds, we offer a focused gymnastics experience where children learn the basics in a non-competitive environment, from a teacher who was a competitive gymnast!
In Art Explorers, for children 2-4 yrs, we work on colors, shapes and textures. Classes include explore time, painting or play dough, a main project, storytime, and a fun ending, all based around a theme.
In Zumba® Kids & Zumba®Kids Jr. dance fitness classes for children 3-12, we warm up, follow along, learn a different dance style step-by-step each week, incorporate cultural explorations and dance games, and perform for parents and peers, before we cool down. We have kids-only classes, and classes where parent and child can participate together.

In addition to our classes, My Gym Louisville also offers:
* Fantastic Birthday Parties – You get exclusive use of our facility for 90 minutes, a teacher to facilitate your party and help serve your food, invitations, tablecloth, and paper products. You can bring whatever outside food you like, or we have all inclusive packages where we can do everything for you.
*Parent’s Night Out – Twice a month on a Friday night from 5-9pm, children from 16 months – 8 years are able to play in our gym, while you get an evening to yourself. We take care of dinner for the kids, too. Make sure to sign up in advance, we do fill up!
* Practice & Play – Enjoy free play time in our gym, four times per week! Currently enrolled members and their entire families come as often as they like for no charge, or families not enrolled drop in for $5/child.
