Flags 4 Vets National Memorial Day Vigil – Families are invited to help place 25,000 American flags at Waterfront Park. This event runs 5/2-5/29.

Clarskville Parks will have a memorial event on 5/28. See details here.

Sing, Dance & Shows!

Abbey Road on the River – If all you need is love over the long weekend, check out this music festival in Jeffersonville 5/25-5/29.

KY Reggae Festival – Travel to the Caribbean at the Louisville Water Tower. The Reggae Festival runs 5/26-5/28. $17 for adults, free admission for kids 10 and under. Read our review here.

City of New Albany is having an outdoor concert.....the blues. See details here.

JD Shelburne is playing at FridayFest in Highview. It all starts at 6pm.

Get Active!

Mayor’s Hike Bike & Paddle – Hike, bike, paddle, walk, learn tai chi and many other activities on the Great Lawn on 5/29. Read our review here.

Metro Parks Golf Courses – Family weekend at Metro Park Golf Courses Saturday - Monday. A family of 4 can play 9 holes, with cart, after 4:30PM at any Metro Parks course for only $25! Call ahead for tee times.

Head to the ACC Baseball Championship at Slugger Field. They have a special Fan Fest going on at select times Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Details here.

Splash - Cool off at an area splash park or enjoy one of the area’s great parks! Also, it's opening weekend at the newly remodeled Clarksville Cove.


Fleur de Flea – Check out this vintage urban market on 5/27. Peruse the one of a kind vendor merchandise, enjoy food truck deliciousness and walk the Big 4 Bridge with your family!
