The weather is looking good to head out to Foxhollow Farm for a concert!  Admission is free for kids age 12 and under, adult tickets are $10 in advance/$12 at door.  They have food available for purchase, you just bring your chairs/blankets! The Dittmeier & The Sawdusters band sounds really good: Info here

OH.EM.GEE! It's the How to Festival hosted by the Louisville Free Public Library! It's from 10am-3pm at the Main Library downtown and the list is HUGE. SO.MUCH.LEARNING.  Car repair, learn how to hula hoop, make pizza, arrange flowers and more. See the full (crazy packed amazing) schedule here.

It's the first Family Adventure Day of 2016 at Churchill Downs!  Not only will there be live horse racing, but tons of fun kid-friendly activities that are all included in the ticket price! Tickets are $8 and include access to all kid-friendly activities ($1 of every ticket is donated to Kosair Children's Hospital) or $11 if you want to include a family meal. The family viewing area for the races is right by the winner's circle so it's a wonderful location! Note: Children ages 2 and under get free access to the Family Adventure Day activities (and on every other race day except for Oaks & Derby, children under 12 get free general admission). There are 2 options for Family Meals: 1. Uncrustable, apple sauce & juice 2. Hot dog, chips, soft drink or water (family meals are $5 if purchased separately).
Clip for Kids is at 4th Street Live on Sunday at 2pm. This is a fundraiser for Kosair Children's Hospital here at home. Basically, you form a team and get a hair cut (trim or drastic!!) and raise money to help kids fighting cancer. Can't go?  Well....you can donate!  See details here

Have a fabuLOUs weekend!
