Friday: Clarksville Parks is having a Touch-a-Truck and movie night at Gateway Park.  It's FREE!  The touch-a-truck event takes place in the parking lot and runs from 6-8pm.  At 8:45pm, they'll start "Hotel Transylvania 2" so bring your lawn chairs and blankets!  They'll also have a balloon artist, face painter, gaming truck and more - what fun!

For indoor fun, check out All About Kids - they have a Back to School Bash from 7-9pm!  It's free, donations to Big Brothers Big Sisters are encouraged.

It's the Splash & Dash 5K walk/run at The Parklands to benefit Kosair Children's Hospital.  After the super-fun 5K, they have a family zone full of activities - this isn't your typical 5k!!  It's $25 for adults, $10 for kids. Event details here.

It's also Pet Day at Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve.  This is a free event, bring your pup.  They also have educational opportunities to learn and interact with butterflies.

All About Kids is having another Back to School Bash at their Oldham County location - it's from 2-4pm. It's also free, with donations to Blessings in a Backpack encouraged. Have fun, help kids - win win!!

Psssssst: Tune into the latest episode of Fortyish - Dan & I chat with Chad Coulter from LouVino. And, we talk about other wise stuff, of course.
