Tune into this week's episode of Fortyish - Dan and I talk with a social media know-it-all who helps us think through personal vs. professional online relationships.

OK gaming fans - the Louisville Arcade Expo is here and they offer two free child admissions per paying adult (kids age 10 and younger). It runs all weekend at Ramada Plaza Hotel and opens up at 2 p.m. on Friday so we think this would fun for after school - show kids the retro games that we used to love!

The Louisville Health Kick Festival is this Saturday. Hosted by Hwang's Martial Arts, this even raised a ton of money for Norton Children's Hospital annually.  Join them for their martial arts showcase as well as vendor booths, fire and safety vehicles, face painting, raffles and more!

Or, get ready for spring and paint some flowers or something Derby-ish at Whet Your Palette. You know, every Saturday night 6-8 pm is HappIEST Hours. All canvases are half off.

Head to Bernheim for their first Sunday hike. It is from 2-3pm and is a free nature walk with volunteer naturalists, there is a $5 environmental fee per car.
