HoneyBear Farms is a small agricultural business located just east of Jeffersontown on Taylorsville Road, about 3/4 mile from the Gene Snyder freeway. They provide beekeeping supplies, equipment, bees, classes, tours and FIELD TRIPS all year.
Plus, HoneyBear Farms hosts the Louisville Spring Bee School and the Louisville Fall Bee School – They are Louisville’s Bee store!! And of course, we have delicious RAW LOCAL HONEY, preserves and bee-themed merchandise. Come sample our Kentucky Wildflower, Kentucky Bourbon honey or our Bee Venom (spicy honey!) during your visit to HoneyBear Farms.
All of their HoneyBear Farms events and activities are family friendly and COVID responsible. They are excited to announce Food Truck Fridays beginning May 14through October to include awesome food, local entertainment, and seating under the stars each week. Bring your entire family for a wholesome experience.
For the Holidays, HoneyBear Farms will be selling Christmas Trees again — Big beautiful Fraser Firs — with caroling, hot chocolate and our bonfire each night while the trees last.
