First Friday Hop – On the First Friday of every month, many Downtown art galleries, shops, boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment hot spots are open extended hours, holding live online events and offering specials, sales, refreshments, and live music. Go explore the 40+ unique boutiques, artists, galleries, eateries, and more along the Republic Bank First Friday Hop route.
Movie in the Park – Sing 2, Join us for Movie in the Park at a NEW TIME to watch a movie on an LED screen with your family and friends before the sun goes down! At Gateway Park, all movies are 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 and open to the public. 7:30pm

Summer Reading Kickoff & Cultural Pass Showcase – The celebration will be outdoors at the Northeast Regional Library on Saturday, June 5, from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Enjoy in-person activities and performances from the Library and Arts & Culture Alliance members.
La Grange Artsfest 2022 – 9am-5pm on Main Street in La Grange. Shop for hand-created items from a variety of vendors and artists/artisans/makers and creators, eat/drink at our great local Main Street area restaurants and enjoy music on the street by local musicians.

20th Annual Wings For Kids Air Show – 11am-5pm on Saturday and 11am-4pm Sunday. This event will be held at Bill Fluke Air Field

Touch a Truck – Kentucky Science Center, get hands on with a variety of trucks and equipment, from bucket trucks to city buses. Adults and kids alike will have the chance to dream big as they discover their favorite vehicles and meet the community helpers who make them go. 10:00am-2:00pm, free for My Big Little Adventure families or with regular admission to KSC.

Summer Movie Night – Ghostbusters: Afterlife, Iroquois Amphitheater, gates open at 7:30 p.m., movie starts at 8:30 p.m.

The Deep Roots Music Fest – Iroquois Amphitheater, will feature national and local musical acts including the legendary Billboard Chart-Topping group Gary Brewer & the Kentucky Ramblers taking the stage performing a fusion of American-Roots style music all their own called “Brewgrass”. 6:00pm, doors open at 5:00pm

FridayFest at Highview Park – An Evening with the Monarchs, FridayFest features local music, local food trucks, and community socializing every other Friday, throughout the summer, from 6-10pm @ Highview Park. The event is open to the public, family friendly, and best of all free!

WFPK Waterfront Wednesday Concert Series: Enjoy live music at Waterfront Park, with the newly-added kid’s activity area on the lawn! The Big Four Lawn “opens” at 5pm, and the music begins promptly at 6pm. To alleviate parking congestion caused by the KY/IN Bridges project, a free trolley service, courtesy of Republic Bank, will be offered between Witherspoon and the Big Four Lawn for people who park West of I-65. The Republic Bank Easy Trolley will run a continuous loop between 6:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. We strongly suggest parking West of I -65 in the Witherspoon, Humana and surface lots. Increased bicycle parking will be offered in the event area, courtesy of Parkside Bikes.
