The Gaslight Festival 2022 and Parade
The Gaslight Festival is a tradition in Jeffersontown.
The City of Jeffersontown will host the Gaslight Festival 2022. The dates are September 11-18.
Gaslight Festival 2022 will be the 53rd year of the festival. We know families have such fond memories of attending events like these every year and are happy to go back annually to see what’s new and what has been there for so long!
The parade is a ton of fun, who doesn’t love a parade? For 2022, the parade will take place on September 15 starting at 6pm. The route is: Starting at Jeffersontown Commons Shopping Center and goes East on Taylorsville Road, then South on Watterson Trail to College Drive
The festival weekend with all of the booths and food is on, it’s September 16-18. Details here. Over 135 vendors and right in the heart of Gaslight Square in Jtown. This is a super fun part of Gaslight festival 2022!
One of the favorites of the Gaslight Festival is the Balloon Glow. It is scheduled to take place Friday September 16, 6-10pm. Skyview Park, 6:00pm – 9:00pm, Glow begins at 7:15pm. Free to the public. Balloons begin inflating around 7:15 PM and will glow for approximately one-two hours. Details here.
There are many events that encompass the entire Gaslight Festival. Visit their website for ALL of the events.
