Family Friendly Run/Walks

Louisville is full of 5k+ runs and/or charity runs and many of them offer a fun run option or even a family fun run.

We have put together a list of all the family-friendly run/walks in the Louisville area that we can find. Put on your running shoes, grab the kids, and go run (or walk) for a cause and for some exercise.

 

Doing something healthy always feels good and when you add in doing it for a good cause, it makes it all that much better. We have scoured the internet looking for family friendly run/walks in the area and listed them out to give you a running start on being healthily with the family.

Winter
