A Wizard’s Christmas is bringing its popular holiday event, A Wizard’s Christmas: Dinner and Marketplace Annual Experience, back to Louisville this December 15-17, 2023. This popular magical event will be held at the iconic Louisville Palace for its tenth year!
The event has continued to grow and hosted the largest number of people to date with over 3,000 attendees traveling all across the United States to enjoy the festivities.
New to the A Wizard’s Christmas series this year, is a new immersive dining hall featured in the second-floor space in the event, the Magical Marketplace. Additional dining halls include the snowy Palace Grounds, a dark and mysterious Potion’s Classroom, an enchanted 2nd Floor Corridor, and the grand Main Lobby with faces from our school’s founders, keeping a watchful eye out for any misbehaving students!
Audiences will also get to enjoy a three-course dinner and interactive magical classes such as Potions, Divination, Herbology, Magical Creatures, and Duels & Spells. Fans can learn about the magical story of Alabaster School of Witchcraft, its origins, and magical professors. Seats will be available in five locations at The Louisville Palace (seats are dependent on ticket type purchased) and teachers will rotate rooms for an interactive experience throughout the dinner. This year, our marketplace will be expanded to also include special trade exhibitors that make custom novelty items that can only be found in the magical world.
This event attracts all ages, especially fans of magic! The owners noted that the event plays host to couple’s date night, families with teens and smaller children, friends and fans, as well as special needs adults and children. The event will provide a cash bar with magical concoctions that both adults and children can enjoy.
More About Alabaster: In 2018, The Alabaster School of Witchcraft and Wizardry was founded and the story has been copyrighted. The event introduced its own storyline, characters, and “Houses”, as well as classrooms for the teachers to introduce themselves, conduct “orientation”, and interact with incoming students.
